Final pricing is confirmed once we review your final artwork and requirements. An order is considered confirmed only after you approve the quotation and, where requested, make the agreed advance payment.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any artwork, text, and images you supply, including spelling, colors, and layout. Where we provide a proof for your approval, printing will only proceed after you confirm the proof in writing (including over WhatsApp or email). We are not responsible for errors that were present in an artwork/proof you approved.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions for any logos, images, text, or designs you ask us to print. Sri Balaji Printers will not be held liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims arising from content supplied by a customer.
